School on the boat is a French N.G.O created back in 2011, based in Hanoï, Vietnam. The main objective of the organization is to give access to education to disadvantaged children living along the Red River and in the Long Bien area in Hanoi. School on the Boat settled a sponsorship system in order to finance the children’s school fees in 7 different public schools. Since school on the boat was created, 30 children have been able to enter the public school. In parallel of this objective but in the same frame, the organization insures an individual follow up of the children in different areas, give access to culture and health.
The role of Pépé la Poule is to participate to the school improvment of these kids by a financial support of SOTB's tutoring program which welcome the kids after school. |

Fargreen is a social enterprise working with a purpose of building prosperous and sustainable farming communities in rural Vietnam and around the world where no such environmental damaging practices like open burning of straw exist, and no farmer is left behind in poverty for choosing to stay with their land.
Fargreen creates a network of Vietnamese farmers to produce high quality, environmentally friendly and socially responsible edible mushrooms and other agriculture products for local and international markets. Fargreen was founded by a Vietnamese native Trang Tran, also Fargreen’s current CEO. Trang grew up seeing ill effects of this open rice straw burning practice on the environment and the farming community’s health. |
